What we refer to as ‘the truth’ is only an approximation of the absolute TRUTH. No one knows what is true, or no one is willing to tell it. So all we will ever have is/are facts that points us to a particular conclusion, giving us an approximate idea of what we may consider to be the truth. ‘The truth’ shall always be a mystery.

At this age everyone is in love. In love with the idea of love. We believe that what we have is real and we become blinded from the truth of it all. We all get hurt, and we all believe the lies coming from eachothers mouths. Then we all believe we have found “the one”, then a few months later we find someone else who is just as blinded. But, At this age, we dont even know what love is. So why do we bother looking?

What i want becomes entangled with what I think I want, because the idea of wanting something whole-heartedly is too unimaginably scary. At that point, not getting it would reflect rejection, as opposed to silent disappointment. We then become wrapped up in our idea of what we want, and not what would really be good for us. The question then becomes, how do we achieve true happiness if we do not even know what it is we want?
