An ability can turn into a burden if you don’t use it well. A boat that is kept well will float you to many shores. A boat that is weathered down without a proper care will someday drown you.

I agree with general concept, except ability is never a burden. Though It can weathered out if you don’t keep it polished, but that is due to not-interest and if you are not taking interest then its no longer a burden but lost moments and efforts.
